Overview

The Settlement Class Representatives have asserted that Motorola breached express and implied warranties and violated certain state consumer protection statutes by designing, manufacturing and distributing certain cellular telephones that contained a defectively designed Charging Port.

Motorola denies the Settlement Class Representatives’ allegations, believes them to be without merit, and has asserted numerous defenses to the claims.
